Business Description
The Englewood Democratic Club serves the community. Working with Elected Officials, Community Groups and Citizens, the Club promotes the policies and issues of the Democratic Party and is the official Democratic Club of Englewood, NJ.
Any resident of the City of Englewood (or who is employed in the City of Englewood) who is a registered Democrat and who subscribes to the purpose and objectives of the Club shall be eligible for Membership.
The purposes of this organization are to:
a. promote and advance the policies of the Democratic Party.
b. provide a forum for the airing of issues vital to the Party.
c. serve as a force in the political life of the community.
d. promote inclusion of all members of the community in the Democratic Party.
e. recruit members for the Democratic Club.
f. serve as the fund-raising arm of the Democratic Party.
The objectives of this organization are to;
a. serve as a forum for the principles and ideas of interest and importance to the Democratic Party.
b. provide a work force for the advancement of the principles and candidates of the party.
c. participate in Democratic electoral campaigns.
d. develop Democratic candidates for elective office.
e. promote social and cultural ideas within the community.
f. provide volunteer services to enhance the quality of life in the community.
g. to recruit members for the Democratic Club and the Democratic Party.
h. to support and promote the efforts of the Englewood Democratic Club.
